What You'll Need

  • Cold water
  • Dish soap
  • Clean, soft cloths
  • Cotton swabs

Instructions

  1. Blot the stain with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing the cloth back and forth, as this may spread the stain further and cause it to set.
  2. Mix a few drops of dish soap with cold water. Dip a clean cloth in water and gently dab the affected area.
  3. Continue to dab the stain until it is gone. Use cotton swabs for smaller or harder to reach areas.
  4. Rinse area with cold water and dry using a clean, soft cloth.

Additional Tips

  • Do not use hot or warm water, as this may cause the stain to set.
  • Do not rub the cloth back and forth, as this may spread the stain further.
  • Cotton swabs can be useful for getting into hard to reach places.
