Step 1: Blot the Stain

Using a clean cloth, gently blot the ink stain to remove any excess ink. If possible, do this immediately when you see the stain to avoid allowing it to spread.

Step 2: Apply Detergent or Liquid Soap

Once the ink is blotted away, apply detergent or liquid soap directly to the stain. Gently rub the area with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Once you're finished, rinse the area with cold water.

Step 3: Treat with Alcohol

If stain remains, try treating it with isopropyl alcohol. Apply a few drops to a clean cloth and blot the area. Be sure to check for colourfastness before applying the alcohol.

And that's all it takes to remove ink stains from piqué! With just a few simple steps, you'll be able to restore your fabric and get back to enjoying its beauty.
