Method 1: Dawn Dish Soap and Rubbing Alcohol
- Mix together equal parts Dawn dish soap and rubbing alcohol.
- Using a cotton swab or an old toothbrush, rub the mixture over the stain for about 15 seconds.
- Rinse the mixture away with cold water.
- Soak the swimsuit in cold water for about five minutes.
- Wash the one-piece in a washing machine set to its delicate cycle with your regular detergent.
- Allow the swimsuit to air dry.
Method 2: Vinegar and Hydrogen Peroxide
- Mix together equal parts vinegar and hydrogen peroxide.
- Using a cotton swab or an old toothbrush, rub the mixture over the stain for about 15 seconds.
- Rinse the mixture away with cold water.
- Place the washed one-piece swimsuit in a solution made up of 1 tablespoon of laundry detergent and 1 liter of cool water.
- Let the swimsuit soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from solution and rinse in cold water.
- Wash the one-piece in a washing machine set to its delicate cycle with your regular detergent.
- Allow swimsuit to air dry.
