Method 1: Dawn Dish Soap and Rubbing Alcohol

  1. Mix together equal parts Dawn dish soap and rubbing alcohol.
  2. Using a cotton swab or an old toothbrush, rub the mixture over the stain for about 15 seconds.
  3. Rinse the mixture away with cold water.
  4. Soak the swimsuit in cold water for about five minutes.
  5. Wash the one-piece in a washing machine set to its delicate cycle with your regular detergent.
  6. Allow the swimsuit to air dry.

Method 2: Vinegar and Hydrogen Peroxide

  1. Mix together equal parts vinegar and hydrogen peroxide.
  2. Using a cotton swab or an old toothbrush, rub the mixture over the stain for about 15 seconds.
  3. Rinse the mixture away with cold water.
  4. Place the washed one-piece swimsuit in a solution made up of 1 tablespoon of laundry detergent and 1 liter of cool water.
  5. Let the swimsuit soak for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from solution and rinse in cold water.
  7. Wash the one-piece in a washing machine set to its delicate cycle with your regular detergent.
  8. Allow swimsuit to air dry.
