How to Easily Remove Ink Stains From Gazar Fabric
Getting ink stains out of gazar fabric can be tricky, but it is possible. With the right techniques and a bit of patience, it's easy to restore your gazar fabric back to its original condition.

Required Materials
- A clean white cloth
- Water
- White vinegar
- Dish soap or laundry detergent
- Rubbing alcohol
- Hydrogen peroxide (optional)
Steps to Clean an Ink Stain from Gazar Fabric
- Blot stain with a clean white cloth and cold water. Do not rub the stain or it could spread and worsen the stain.
- Mix equal parts of white vinegar and water in a bowl or shallow container. Soak the stained area in the mixture for up to 30 minutes.
- Remove the gazar fabric from the mixture and rinse it thoroughly with cold water. Blot the fabric with a clean white cloth to remove excess moisture.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of dish soap or laundry detergent with 1 cup of cold water in a bowl or shallow container.
- Soak ink-stained area of the gazar fabric in the mixture for up to 15 minutes.
- Rinse the gazar fabric with cold water and blot it with a clean white cloth to remove excess moisture.
- If stain persists: Soak a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and dab the stained area. Rinse the gazar fabric with cold water and blot it with a clean white cloth to remove excess moisture. Caution: Test a small, hidden area of the gazar fabric first to ensure that the rubbing alcohol does not cause discoloration.
- If the stain still persists: Mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with 1 cup of cold water in a bowl or shallow container and soak the gazar fabric in the mixture for up to 15 minutes. Rinse the fabric with cold water and blot it with a clean white cloth to remove excess moisture.
Tips
- Be sure to test a small, hidden area of the fabic with the cleaning solution you intend to use before proceeding with the cleaning process.
- Avoid using hot water on gazar fabric as it may make the stain worse by setting it in the fabric fibers.
- Be sure to use cold water when rinsing the gazar fabric as hot water will also set the stain in fabric.
- When blotting the ink-stained area, avoid rubbing the fabric. Rubbing can cause the stain to spread and worsen stain.
