Removing Ink Stains from Clothes

The first step is to get rid of as much of the excess ink as possible. Try using a paper towel or tissue to blot stain, dabbing at it gently without rubbing. Once most of the ink is off, you can move on to the next steps.

Using Rubbing Alcohol

If you have rubbing alcohol at home, you can use it to get the rest of the ink out. First, put the stained fabric on top of a clean rag or paper towel. Then, pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto the stain and gently scrub it with a soft bristled brush. The ink should start to dissolve and disappear.

Using Baby Wipes

Baby wipes are another great way to get rid of ink stains. Simply wet the baby wipe with warm water, then rub it gently over the stain. The ink should lift up and disappear. Make sure to check the stain regularly and if it doesn't seem to be getting any better, try another method.

Using Baking Soda

Baking soda is another effective method for removing ink stains. Create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Rub the paste gently into the stain using a soft toothbrush or cloth. Let the paste sit on the fabric for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. You should see the stain start to fade away.

Using Detergent

If the above methods don't work, you can try using laundry detergent. Dab some detergent on the stain and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, rinse the area with cold water and the stain should start to disappear. If stain is still visible, repeat the process until it's gone.
