The first step to removing an ink stain on cotton voile is to blot the affected area gently with a cloth or cotton swab. This will help to absorb the excess ink and minimize the size of the stain.
Mix together equal parts white vinegar and salt to create a paste. Gently rub the paste onto the stain and let it sit for roughly 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes has passed, rinse the paste off with cold water. You may need to repeat this step several times in order to completely remove the stain.
Take a cotton swab and dip it in rubbing alcohol. Gently rub stained area with the swab until the stain has been removed. Make sure to rinse the area with water afterwards.
If the stain is still visible, use a cotton swab to gently apply hydrogen peroxide to affected area. Let it sit for several minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
Finally, use a toothbrush to scrub at the stained area gently. This should help to lift any remaining residue and leave your fabric looking as good as new.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove most ink stains from cotton voile. It's important to remember to be gentle when treating the fabric, as harsher methods can damage the material. Good luck!
