Step 1: Soak Up Stain Immediately

Ink stains happen quickly and it's important to act fast! Grab a cloth or paper towels to press firmly onto the stain and soak up as much ink as possible. Don't rub the stain; use firm pressure to blot it instead.

Step 2: Rinse with Cold Water

Once you've soaked up most of ink, run cold water over the stain for a few minutes. The cold water helps to break up the ink particles and make them easier to remove.

Step 3: Apply Stain Remover

If the stain still remains, try applying a small amount of liquid laundry detergent or stain remover directly to the stained area. Gently rub in a circular motion, then rinse with cold water again.

Step 4: Launder as Usual

To finish off the ink removal process, place your blouse in the washing machine with a regular load of laundry and launder as usual. If any stain remains, it should be gone by the time your blouse comes out of the dryer.
