Things You'll Need

  • A small bowl
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • A few drops of white vinegar
  • Cotton swabs
  • Clean cloth

Step 1: Make a Baking Soda Solution

In the bowl, mix one teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of white vinegar. Stir the mixture until it forms a paste.

Step 2: Apply Paste To Stained Area

Using a cotton swab or clean cloth, apply the baking soda solution to the stained area.

Step 3: Let It Sit

Allow the paste to sit for awhile, at least 10 minutes. This lets the baking soda do its job and absorb the ink.

Step 4: Rinse With Water

Rinse stained area with cold water. This helps get rid of any residual baking soda paste.

Step 5: Blot With Clean Cloth

Once done rinsing, you should be able to see the ink stain is gone. Blot dry with a clean cloth.
