When it comes to getting ink stains out of activewear, the first thing you need to do is determine the fabric type of the garment. Not all fabrics will react same way to cleaning products, so make sure you know what your activewear is made of before proceeding. This information is typically found on a label on the inside of the garment.

Once you've determined the fabric type, you'll want to decide which cleaning method to use. For example, if your activewear is made of synthetic materials, you may be able to use a mild detergent or laundry detergent. On the other hand, if your activewear is made from natural fibers, you may want to use a gentler solution such as white vinegar and water.

After you've chosen a cleaning solution, it's time to get to work. First, submerge garment in the cleaning solution for several minutes. Then, using a soft brush or sponge, gently scrub the stained area. Don't be too aggressive as this could damage the fabric. Once you've given the garment a good scrub, rinse out the cleaning solution with cold water.

Finally, let garment air dry. You may want to put a towel underneath garment to catch any excess liquid. Do not put the garment in the dryer or hang it to dry. This could cause the stain to set, making it much harder to remove.

That's all there is to it! With a little patience and elbow grease, you can easily remove any ink stains from your activewear. Now you can go about your day worry-free and with fresh looking activewear.
