Clean up hairspray stains from umbrellas with these easy steps:
- Gently rub stain with a cloth dampened in rubbing alcohol to break down the hairspray.
- Mix a solution of 1/3 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon of mild dish detergent, and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.
- Dip a sponge in the solution and wring it out well. Gently dab the solution onto stains.
- Rinse the umbrella with clean water and allow it to completely dry before using again.
- If the stains remain, repeat steps above until they are gone.
By following these steps, you can keep your umbrella looking like new and free of unsightly hairspray stains.
