The first step is to blot the stain with a clean paper towel or cloth. This will help to soak up some of the hairspray and make the stain easier to remove. Do not rub stain as this can damage the suede. Instead, just lightly press and release the paper towel or cloth until the stain starts to lighten.
Once you have blotted the stain, use a suede cleaner and brush to gently remove remaining hairspray. Make sure to work in small circles and avoid applying too much pressure so as not to damage the suede. If the hairspray stain persists, you may need to repeat the process several times.
After you’re done cleaning, allow the area to dry completely. You can speed up the process by using a hairdryer on a low setting. Once the area is completely dry, use a suede brush to restore the nap of the suede.
These steps should help you remove hairspray stains from suede and restore it to its original condition. Remember to be gentle and work in small circles when cleaning and brushing the suede so as not to damage it.
