Chemical hairsprays contain ingredients that act as resins or films that can stick to fabric and create an unsightly discolorations. Fortunately, these stains are removable, and a few cleaning steps will help return your panties to their original state.

Materials Needed:

  • Clean cloth towel
  • Soft brush
  • Cold water
  • Mild laundry detergent

Steps:

  1. Lay down a clean cloth towel on a flat surface.
  2. Lay the panties wrong side up on towel.
  3. Very gently brush the hairspray stain with a soft brush.
  4. Turn panties to the right side and apply a few drops of cold water to the stained area.
  5. Gently rub a small amount of laundry detergent into the stained area.
  6. Rinse the stain with cold water.
  7. Let the panties air dry flat.

These steps should remove the hairspray stain from your panties. If the stain persists, repeat the steps again. If needed, use a specific stain remover product for fabrics to help remove stubborn hairspray stains.
