Once the area has been rinsed, apply a small amount of laundry pre-soak to the stain. Allow it to sit for several minutes before washing the garment according to the care instructions. As an extra precaution, you can add a splash of white vinegar to the wash cycle, which can help loosen stubborn stains.
Once the garment is washed, hang it up to dry. Take care to avoid placing it in direct sunlight, as this could cause stain to become set, making it more difficult to remove.
