You will need a few items to clean grease and oil from your pavers effectively. Gather up the following items:
Start by brushing or sweeping away any loose dirt and debris from stained area. This will help you to get a better grip on the stain, as well as help you to avoid accidentally grinding dirt and debris into the stain.
Create a cleaning solution with dish soap and warm water. Mix them together in a bucket and apply mixture to stained area using a cloth or brush. Leave the mixture to settle for a few minutes before proceeding to next step.
Using a stiff scrubbing brush, vigorously scrub the stained area. Make sure you focus your efforts on the stain itself and not on the surrounding areas. The dirt and grime should start to loosen up and come off the surface.
Once the stain has been effectively removed, rinse off the area with your garden hose. Clear away any excess soap and water from the surface. If there are still stubborn stains present, proceed to next step.
Make a cleaning solution with powdered laundry detergent and warm water. Apply mixture to the stubborn stain and let it settle for 10-15 minutes. After that, scrub the area with a stiff brush and rinse off with the garden hose.
If the stain is still visible after following the above steps, you may want to consider using a concrete cleaner. Mix the cleaner according to the instructions on the package and apply mixture to the stained area. Let it sit for the recommended time and then rinse off the area with your garden hose.
