A Guide To Easily and Effectively Clean Grease and Oil Stains From Lacoste

What You'll Need

• White vinegar
• Liquid dishwashing detergent
• An old toothbrush
• Baking soda

Instructions

1. For light stains on Lacoste, combine equal parts of white vinegar and liquid dishwashing detergent. Apply this mixture to the stained area and gently scrub with an old toothbrush.
2. Rinse the fabric and repeat if necessary.
3. For tougher stains, mix two tablespoons of baking soda with two tablespoons of liquid dishwashing detergent. Apply to the stain and scrub with an old toothbrush.
4. Rinse fabric and repeat if necessary.
5. Once the stain is removed, rinse fabric in cold water and lay flat to dry.

Precautions

• Always test any cleaning solution on a small area of the fabric before applying it to the entire stain.
• Never use bleach or other harsh chemicals on Lacoste.
