Things You'll Need

- A cloth
- Baking soda
- Paper towels

Instructions
- If the stain is still wet, use a paper towel to absorb as much of the oil and grease as possible.
- Sprinkle baking soda onto the stain to soak up any remaining oil. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Wet a cloth with an all-purpose cleaner or dish soap and gently rub the area in a circular motion. Make sure not to scrub too hard or you may damage fabric.
- Rinse the cloth and repeat until stain is gone.
- Allow area to air dry.
Tips
- If the stain is stubborn, use a mixture of equal parts vinegar and water to help break it down.
- If the stain doesn't come out the first time, don't be disheartened. It may take a few tries.
- If possible, avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach that may discolor the fabric.
