Eliminate Grease and Oil Stains from Your Hoodie Quickly

Supplies You'll Need
- Liquid laundry detergent
- White vinegar
- Grease-cutting dishwashing liquid
- Stain remover
- Clean cloth
- Stiff brush
Removing Grease Stain
- Run stained area of the fabric under cool water to rinse out any excess grease.
- Mix one part liquid laundry detergent and one part white vinegar in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Dip a clean cloth in the mixture and dab it directly onto the stain. Rub lightly in a circular motion.
- Rinse the spot with cool water to remove the detergent-vinegar mixture and check for changes in stain.
- If the stain remains, mix one part grease-cutting dishwashing liquid with two parts warm water. Soak a clean cloth in the solution and blot the stained area.
- If the stain persists, apply a stain remover to the fabric with a clean cloth and rub gently in a circular motion.
- Finally, scrub affected area with a stiff brush and rinse with cool water. Allow fabric to dry completely before wearing.
Additional Tips
- Always test cleaning solutions on a discreet part of the fabric first to make sure they won’t cause further damage.
- Don’t use hot water, as it can set stain permanently.
- Repeat the procedure until stain disappears.
