What You Need

  • Old toothbrush
  • Dishwashing liquid
  • Soft cloth
  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Water

Cleaning the Headband

  1. Moisten stained area with warm water using a damp cloth.
  2. Combine one tablespoon of dishwashing liquid and one tablespoon of white vinegar in a cup. Dip the old toothbrush into mixture and then gently scrub the affected area.
  3. Rinse the headband with warm water and a soft cloth.
  4. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with one teaspoon of water and spread it over the affected area. Leave it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.
  5. Finally, rinse the headband with cold water and let it air dry.
