Step 1: Pre-Treat the Stain

The first step is to pre-treat the stain with a laundry detergent designed for grease removal. If you don't have any such product, you can substitute it with a dishwashing liquid.

Gently rub stained area with some of the detergent. Don't scrub the fabric too hard as it may damage it. Let detergent sit on stain for 5 minutes before moving on to the next step.

Step 2: Soak Briefs

Once the pre-treatment is done, fill a sink or bucket with warm water and add a scoop of your regular laundry detergent to it.

Then submerge the briefs in the soapy water and soak for at least 4 hours. This will give the soap enough time to loosen the grease from the fabric and get rid of it.

Step 3: Rinse and Wash

Once the soaking is done, rinse the briefs under cold running water. Make sure you have removed all of the soap residue before moving on.

Then put the briefs in the washing machine and wash them on the hottest setting possible. If the grease stain is still visible after the wash, repeat steps 1-3 before air drying.

Conclusion

Getting rid of grease stains from briefs isn't that hard if you take the right steps. With this method, you can easily get rid of those pesky stains in no time!
