1. Use an All-Purpose Cleaner

The easiest way to clean grease and oil off kitchen surfaces is with an all-purpose cleaner. Be sure to use a cleaner that is made for kitchen use and follow the instructions on the label. Spray the greasy areas and let it sit for a few minutes. Then use a sponge or cloth to wipe away the grease and oil. If the stain doesn't come off easily, you may need to scrub a bit more.
