For best results, start cleaning oil and grease stains as soon as possible after they appear on the acrylic fabric. The longer a stain has to set in and settle, the more difficult it will be to remove it.
Once you've started the cleaning process, use a dampened cleaning cloth to gently blot the stain until it is no longer visible. Be sure to avoid rubbing or scrubbing stain, otherwise you may end up spreading it around and making the stain bigger instead of removing it.
Once you've blotted the area, create a mixture of mild dishwashing liquid and warm water and begin to clean the stained area using the dampened cloth.
If the stain still remains, try using a mixture of baking soda and white vinegar to deodorize the area and help break down the oils. Once complete, use a clean cloth to absorb any excess moisture.
