Step 1: Blot, Don't Wipe

As soon as you notice the gravy stain, use a clean cloth or sponge to blot away any excess liquid. Do not scrub or wipe, as this could damage the fabric.

Step 2: Soak the Stain

Mix together a solution of warm water and a few drops of mild detergent. Submerge stained area of the pants and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse With Cold Water

Rinse the fabric with cold water to remove any soap residue. Do not use hot water, as it could set stain further.

Step 4: Wash on a Gentle Cycle

Place the yoga pants in the washing machine and set it to most gentle cycle. Do not add any other clothing items, as they may become stained. Use a mild detergent instead of a regular one.

Step 5: Air Dry

Hang the pants outdoors to air dry. Do not tumble dry them in the machine, as this could cause the gravy stain to set even harder.
