Mix a solution of laundry detergent, stain remover, and warm water in a small bowl. Make sure solution is thick enough so that it won't just run off your wedges when you apply it. Dip a soft cloth into the solution and gently dab the stained area of the wedges, being careful not to rub the fabric too hard.
Fill a bucket or basin with warm water and add ¼ cup of white vinegar. The vinegar will help to break down the proteins in the gravy and make them easier to remove. Place the wedges in the water and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the wedges from the water and place them in the washing machine. Use a regular detergent and set the washing machine to a gentle cycle. Once the cycle is complete, check to make sure the gravy stain is gone.
Remove the wedges from the washing machine and lay them flat on a paper towel or an absorbent cloth. Allow them to air dry completely before wearing.
