Removing gravy stains from clothing can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Simply follow these steps for a quick and easy solution.
Use a paper towel or a clean rag to blot excess gravy from the garment. Make sure to apply pressure to lift the residue out of the fabric.
Run cold water through the back side of the stain to rinse away any remaining liquid. Do not scrub the stain, as this will make it harder to remove.
Generously apply laundry detergent designed specifically for greasy stains. Let detergent sit on the stain for 10 to 15 minutes.
Before you put your garment into the washing machine, pre-treat the stain with an enzyme-based liquid stain remover designed to dissolve grease. Let the product sit on the stain for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
Finally, put the garment into the washing machine and wash as normal. Make sure to use appropriate cycle for the fabric type.
Never do laundry again. Save time for things you ❤️
