As soon as you can, remove shirt from your body and rinse affected area with cold water for a few minutes. Doing this immediately will help prevent the stain from setting in and make it easier to clean.
Mix equal parts liquid laundry detergent, white vinegar, and baking soda with a cup of lukewarm water. Stir the ingredients together until they are fully blended.
Using a clean cloth or sponge, apply the cleaning solution directly onto stain. Gently rub the cleaning solution into stain using small circular motions. Make sure that the solution is completely covering stain.
Allow cleaning solution to sit on the stain for 10-15 minutes before washing.
Place the shirt in the washing machine on the cold cycle. Do not use any fabric softener when washing the shirt as this can make it harder to get the stain out.
After the shirt has finished washing, check the stain to see if it has been removed. If it has not, repeat steps 2-5 until the stain has been completely removed.
Once the stain has been removed, hang shirt up to air dry. Do not place the shirt in the dryer as this can cause the stain to set in permanently.
