To start, you'll want to dab the excessive gravy off the leather using a clean, soft cloth or napkin. Be careful not to press too hard or rub stain as this could spread the stain further.
After blotting stain, you can then apply a natural solution consisting of water and white vinegar mixed in equal parts. With a sponge or another soft cloth, dampen it in the mixture and apply it to stain. After allowing the solution to sit for 10 minutes, wipe away gently and repeat the process if needed.
If the stain still persists, you can opt for a commercial product designed for leather furniture. These products usually contain a combination of natural and chemical ingredients that are safe for use on most types of leather. Always refer to the instructions on label before proceeding.
Start by applying a small amount of the product onto a soft rag or cloth. Gently blot the stain, taking care not to press too hard and spread the stain further. Rinse the cloth out as needed and reapply the product if necessary until the stain is removed.
Once you have removed the stain, rinse the spot with plain warm water. Finally, use a dry cloth to pat the area dry. To ensure that the stain is completely gone and to prevent any discoloration, it is advised to repeat the process as needed until satisfied with results.
