So you’re enjoying a meal when an unexpected spill occurs. What’s worse, stain is hitting the wrong spot: your beloved handbag. But don’t panic just yet! Here are a few simple steps you can take to get rid of those gravy spills with minimal effort:

  1. Remove any excess gravy from the affected area by gently applying a paper towel or a soft cloth.
  2. Important: Test the cleaning solution on a hidden area of the handbag first, to make sure it won't cause damage.
    • Mix equal parts white vinegar and water into a bowl. Stir until combined.
    • Dip a clean cloth into the solution, then gently dab at the stain. Do not rub, as it could spread the stain further or cause damage to the fabric.
    • Once the stain has disappeared, allow the area to dry.
  3. If the vinegar solution did not fully remove the stain, pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto a clean cloth. Gently dab at the stain until it is gone, then allow the area to dry.

With these simple steps, you can remove gravy stains from your handbag with ease. Good luck!
