If your earplugs are covered in gravy stains, don't panic, you can get them looking good as new with just a few simple steps. Here is what you will need to do:

  • Gather your materials: paper towels, a plastic bag, mild detergent, a soft toothbrush, warm water, and rubbing alcohol.
  • Place the earplugs in the plastic bag and sprinkle some mild detergent on them.
  • Shake the bag gently to evenly distribute the detergent over entire surface of earplugs.
  • Let the earplugs soak in the bag for 15 minutes.
  • Take a damp, soft toothbrush and scrub away the gravy stains.
  • Rinse earplugs in warm water and let them air dry on a paper towel.
  • If the stains still persist, dip a cotton swab into rubbing alcohol and gently rub earplugs until spots disappear.
