- Gather your materials: paper towels, a plastic bag, mild detergent, a soft toothbrush, warm water, and rubbing alcohol.
- Place the earplugs in the plastic bag and sprinkle some mild detergent on them.
- Shake the bag gently to evenly distribute the detergent over entire surface of earplugs.
- Let the earplugs soak in the bag for 15 minutes.
- Take a damp, soft toothbrush and scrub away the gravy stains.
- Rinse earplugs in warm water and let them air dry on a paper towel.
- If the stains still persist, dip a cotton swab into rubbing alcohol and gently rub earplugs until spots disappear.
