The first step to removing any stain is to blot the area with a clean cloth or paper towel. This will help to absorb some of the excess gravy before it sets.
Once you’ve blotted the stain, apply a small amount of detergent to a damp cloth and gently rub into the stained area. Be sure to take care not to rub too hard, as this could damage the fabric.
When you have thoroughly washed area with detergent, rinse the fabric with warm water to remove any residue. Be sure to continue blotting the area with a clean cloth until all traces of the detergent have been removed.
For more stubborn stains, you may need to resort to spot cleaning. To do this, mix equal parts white vinegar and warm water and apply the mixture to the stained area with a cloth. Let it sit for 10 minutes before blotting the area with a clean cloth.
Once the stain has been removed, allow the fabric to air-dry completely. This will help prevent any further staining or damage to the fabric.
We hope that these steps have helped you remove stubborn gravy stains from your Dolce & Gabbana. Now that you know how to tackle these pesky spots, you can keep your favourite pieces looking as good as ever.
