Removing Gravy Stains from Coveralls

  1. Start by soaking the stain with cold water. This will help to loosen up the gravy and make it easier to remove.
  2. Mix together a solution of detergent and warm water. Make sure the detergent is a mild type that won't damage material of your coveralls.
  3. Using a brush or cloth, scrub the stain with the detergent solution.
  4. Allow the coveralls to dry in the sun for a few hours.
  5. Once the coveralls are dry, check to see if the stain has been removed. If not, repeat steps 2-4 until the stain is gone.
  6. If the stain is still not completely gone, you may need to use a stain remover specifically designed for removing oil-based stains.
