The safest way to remove gravy stains from bras is to take it to a dry cleaner. They have the experience and products to safely clean delicate fabrics such as bras properly. Tell them you need to remove gravy stains and they should know what to do.
If taking it to a dry cleaner isn't an option, then spot cleaning stain is the next best thing. You can use a mild detergent such as dish soap or liquid laundry detergent. Apply detergent directly to the stain and let it soak for about 15 minutes before rinsing it off. You may need to repeat the process a few times in order to remove stain completely.
Another method you can try is using a vinegar solution. Mix equal parts white vinegar and water and apply it directly to the stain. You want to gently rub the solution into the stain and let it sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off. Again, you may need to repeat the process a few times to ensure the stain is gone.
If all else fails, you can also try using baking soda. Make a paste out of baking soda and water and apply it to stain. Let paste sit for at least 15 minutes before rinsing it off. This method is best used as a last resort as it can possibly damage the fabric.
Getting gravy stains out of your bra doesn't have to be difficult. Try one of the methods above and you should have no trouble getting those pesky stains out. Remember that if in doubt, take your bra to a dry cleaner to avoid any potential damage.
