The first step is to clean the watch with a soft cloth. Dip the cloth into some warm soapy water and gently wipe away any dirt and grime. This will help remove any surface dirt and make stain easier to remove.
After cleaning the watch with the cloth, mix a small amount of neutral soap or dishwashing liquid with some warm water in a bowl. Dip a clean cloth in the solution and dab the mixture onto stained area on the watch. Be sure to use gentle pressure and be careful not to press too hard, as this may cause the stain to spread.
If the soap solution doesn't seem to be doing the trick, try using a combination of white vinegar and baking soda. Mix equal parts vinegar and baking soda to create a paste, and apply it directly to the stained area. Allow the mixture to sit for several minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth.
Once the stain has been removed, rinse the watch with warm water and dry it with a soft cloth. If necessary, repeat any of the steps above until the stain is completely gone.
Grass stains can be one of the most stubborn stains to remove from watches, but it is possible. With a few simple steps and just a few basic items, you can get rid of those unsightly stains and make your watch look like new again.
