Grass stains

Tackling grass stains on Uniqlo garments can be a tricky situation. Depending on the type of Uniqlo fabric, you need to use different methods. To ensure the success of your cleaning efforts, follow the steps below and your Uniqlo will be clean as new in no time.

Step 1: Gently Scrape Off Fresh Stains

If you have caught the grass stain at an early stage, gently scrape away any remaining dirt and debris on top of the stain with a butter knife or other blunt object. Test a small area before starting this technique, as some fabrics may not be suitable.

Step 2: Apply Stain Remover To The Area

Once the grass has been removed from the garment, lay item flat on an absorbent surface. Liberally apply a stain remover such as Tide or OxiClean to the affected areas. Let the cleaner sit for about 10 minutes before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Wash Using Cold Water

After stain remover has worked its magic, it’s time to wash garment. Place the Uniqlo product in the washing machine with detergent and cold water. Wash according to the care instructions on the label of the garment. Check fabric after the cycle has ended to ensure the stain has been removed.

Step 4: Dry The Item

To minimize shrinking and to preserve the shape of the garment, dry the item on a flat surface. If needed, repeat the cleaning process until the stain is gone.
