Before you start washing your Under Armour garments, apply white distilled vinegar to stained area. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with cold water. The acidity in the vinegar helps to break down grass proteins and makes the stain easier to remove.
Once you’ve rinsed off the vinegar, put the garment in the washing machine with a delicates laundry detergent. Make sure to choose a detergent specifically for delicate items because it is gentler on the fabric. If you have a front-loading washer, be sure to set it to a gentle cycle.
If the stain still isn’t coming out, you can try using rubbing alcohol. Dip a cotton cloth into rubbing alcohol and dab it onto the stained area. Keep dabbing until you see the stain start to lift. Do not rub the fabric, as this can cause the stain to spread. Once you’ve removed the stain, rinse the area with cold water and allow the garment to air dry.
