Grass stains

Step 1: Rinse in Cool Water

Start by rinsing your thong in cool water immediately after discovering grass stain. By doing this, you'll help keep it from setting into the material.

Step 2: Create a Detergent Solution

Next, create a detergent solution. You can use either a mild laundry detergent or a natural cleaner like white vinegar and water, or even a dab of dishwashing liquid. Mix the cleaner with a small amount of water, to create a paste.

Step 3: Apply Detergent Solution to the Stain

Once you’ve mixed the cleaning solution, apply it directly to the grass stain. Use a toothbrush to work detergent into fabric, so it can break down the stain.

Step 4: Let the Mixture Set

Allow the detergent solution to set for about 10 minutes, so that it can really get to work on the stain. This helps to maximize its effectiveness.

Step 5: Launder as Usual

Once the detergent has had time to work on the grass stain, launder your thong as usual. Before drying, inspect the stain to make sure it's gone.

Step 6: Repeat if Necessary

If the stain remains after laundering, repeat steps 1-5. This should do the trick, and hopefully your thong will be good as new!
