Grass stains

Step 1: Scrape off any Excess Grass

Using a butter knife or spoon, scrape the excess grass off of your satin fabric. Be gentle when doing this as you don’t want to damage the fabric.

Step 2: Pre-Treat with Stain Remover

Apply a pre-treating stain remover to the affected area. Let the solution sit for 10 minutes so it has time to work its magic.

Step 3: Rinse and Repeat

Once the stain remover has had time to set, rinse it off with cold water. If stain is still visible, reapply the stain remover and let it sit for another 10 minutes.

Step 4: Launder

After repeating step two and three, if necessary, put the garment in the washing machine with the appropriate detergent. Make sure the cycle is on “gentle” to avoid damaging the fabric.

Conclusion

Removing grass stains from satin fabric does not have to be a difficult task. With steps outlined in this article, you should be able to easily remove any grass stains without damaging the fabric.
