Grass stains

What You'll Need

  • Dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Abrasive scrubbing tool
  • Water

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Fill the pot or pan with warm water and add a few drops of dish soap. Let water soak for about 20 minutes.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar with 1/4 cup of baking soda in a separate container.
  3. Apply the baking soda and vinegar mixture onto the grass stains and let it sit for another 20 minutes.
  4. Using an abrasive scrubbing tool, scrub stained areas until the stains are removed.
  5. Rinse the pot or pan with warm water and dry with a towel.

Tips

  • For tougher stains, use a mild abrasive cleaner such as Bon Ami.
  • If the grass stain has already set, soaking the pot or pan in white vinegar overnight will help to loosen the stain.
  • If all else fails, try soaking the pot or pan in a solution of 3 parts water to 1 part bleach for a few hours before scrubbing.
