If you’ve recently gotten grass stains on your kimono, don’t despair! With just a few simple steps, you can have your kimono looking good as new. Here’s what you’ll need and how to get job done:
What You'll Need
- Dishwashing liquid
- White Vinegar
- Baking soda
- Clean sponge or cloth
- Old toothbrush (optional)
Process
- Start by dabbing the grass stain with a damp cloth. Do not rub it, as that will only make the stain bigger.
- Mix 2 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in a bowl, then mix it with water.
- Dip a clean cloth in solution and apply it to the stain. Gently scrub the stained area using an old, clean toothbrush if needed.
- Rinse off the stain with cold water and let it dry naturally.
- Finally, sprinkle a pinch of baking soda over area and let it sit for 10 minutes. Vacuum off the baking soda with a handheld vacuum.
And there you go! Now your kimono should no longer be bothered by grass stains. Happy cleaning!
