The first step to removing the grass stains is to pre-treat the stain on your joggers. You'll need to use a product that is specifically designed to remove dirt and other common stains. Start by dampening the area of the stain with lukewarm water, then apply the pre-treating solution directly onto the fabric.
After pre-treating the stain, you can then machine wash joggers on the warmest setting that is appropriate for the fabric. Be sure to use a detergent that is specifically designed for colorfast clothing. After the washer is finished, check to see if you've been able to remove stain. If so, you can move on to the next step. If not, you may need to repeat the pre-treating process.
Once the joggers have been washed, it's time to dry them. To ensure that the stain doesn't set in, place the joggers into the dryer on low heat setting. If there are any remaining stains, you can run the joggers through a second dry cycle. This should help to remove any stubborn stains.
Finally, after the joggers have been washed and dried, check the areas where the grass stains were present. If the stains are still visible, you may need to try a different cleaning method, such as spot-cleaning with a mild detergent or applying a stain remover. If the stains have been successfully removed, then you've completed process!
