Soaking the bra in hot water is often the best way to remove tough grass stains. Let the garment soak in a bucket of hot water for up to 30 minutes. This will help loosen the grass stain while also making it easier to remove.
Once the bra has been soaked, pre-treat the stained area with a detergent. Make sure to use a mild detergent that is gentle on fabric. Rub the detergent into the stained area and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Once detergent has had time to work its magic, wash the bra in warm water. Use a washing machine if available, or you can hand wash it in the sink. Make sure to use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh chemicals or hot temperatures.
Once the bra has been washed, air dry it rather than using a machine dryer. This will help prevent shrinkage and keep the fabric looking its best.
