Erasing Grass Stains from Belts with Simple Ingredients

Step 1: Pre-treat the Stain

Start by pre-treating stain with a bit of liquid laundry detergent or stain remover. Soak a clean cloth in the solution, then use it to gently rub the area for about 30 seconds. Let the solution sit on the stain for about five minutes, then rinse the area with cold water.

Step 2: Make a Baking Soda Paste

Next, make a baking soda paste by mixing two tablespoons of baking soda and one tablespoon of water. Once fully combined, apply the paste to the grass stains and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Afterward, use a clean cloth to remove the paste.

Step 3: Wipe Down with White Vinegar

To finish the cleaning process, give your belt a wipe down with white vinegar. Soak a clean cloth in the solution and gently rub the stained area before rinsing with cold water. Allow the belt to dry completely before wearing.
