If you have a glue stain on your wallpaper, the first thing you need to do is take a razor blade or putty knife and try to scrape away as much of the glue as possible. Be sure not to cut through the wallpaper or damage the area around the glue stain. Once you have removed as much of glue as possible, you should apply a solution of warm water and mild detergent to stained area. Gently rub the paper with a soft cloth until all the residue has been removed.
You can also try using rubbing alcohol on the stain. Put some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and lightly dab at the stained area. Continue until the residue has been removed. If the glue stain is still present, then you should use a bit of vinegar and water solution. Put equal parts of white vinegar and water into a spray bottle and spritz the stained area. Let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off with a cloth.
If none of these solutions work, then you may need to try a wallpaper solvent. Use a small amount of solvent on stained area and use a clean cloth to rub until the glue residue is gone. Once you are done, wipe down area with a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue.
By following these steps, you can easily remove glue stains from wallpaper and make sure your walls look their best. Good luck!
