Whether you’re a crafty person who often finds themselves with glue-covered fingers or something else, getting glue stains on your clothing is unfortunately quite common. If you have glue stains on your underwear, don’t worry—it doesn’t mean they’re ruined. All it takes is a few simple ingredients you can find around the house, and you’ll soon be on your way to having your underwear looking good as new.

Method 1: Using White Vinegar

White vinegar is a great option for cleaning glue stains off of your underwear since it is a natural fabric softener. To start, soak the stained area in 2 cups of white vinegar for 2-3 hours. Then, rinse the item in mild detergent and cold water before washing on the delicate cycle.

Method 2: Using Rubbing Alcohol

Rubbing alcohol can help dissolve glue stains on most fabrics. First, make sure to cover any areas near the stain that may be affected by the rubbing alcohol with a towel. Then, using a soft cloth, dab rubbing alcohol onto the stained area. Once the stain is completely soaked, throw the item in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water and your usual detergent.

Method 3: Using Laundry Detergent

Using laundry detergent is another great option when it comes to removing glue stains from your underwear. Apply a small amount of detergent directly onto the affected area and scrub gently. Let the detergent fully absorb into the fabric for about 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water. Throw the item in the washing machine and wash on the delicate cycle.

Method 4: Using Baking Soda

If you're looking for a more natural way to remove glue stains from your clothing, baking soda can be your go-to. Make a paste out of baking soda and water and apply it to the affected area. Let the paste sit for 30 minutes before rinsing with cold water. Then wash the item on the delicate cycle as usual with your regular laundry detergent.
