In order to begin, you'll need some supplies. Gather some mild detergent, white vinegar, a soft brush, and hydrogen peroxide.

Method 1: Detergent & Water

Create a cleaning solution of equal parts mild detergent and cold water. Start by applying the cleaning solution to the glue stain with a soft brush. Gently scrub the area for 3-5 minutes, taking care not to pull or snag the taffeta fabric. Once finished, rinse area with a damp cloth.

Method 2: White Vinegar

Mix 2 parts white vinegar with 1 part cold water. Use a soft brush to apply the mixture to glue stain. Allow it to sit for five minutes before rinsing it off gently with a clean cloth.

Method 3: Hydrogen Peroxide

If all else fails, you can use hydrogen peroxide to remove the glue stain. Be sure to test the hydrogen peroxide on a small, hidden section of the taffeta fabric first to ensure that it won't cause discoloration or fading. Once you've tested the area, apply a small amount of hydrogen peroxide directly to glue stain, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Use a soft brush to scrub the area for 5 minutes. Rinse the area with a damp cloth.

Conclusion
