If you have spilled fresh glue on your Rosepoint lace, the best way to remove it is with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Make sure you use a mild detergent, such as dish soap, and lukewarm water to prevent the fabric from shrinking or discoloring. Gently rub the sponge or cloth in a circular motion until the glue comes off, then rinse with cold water and leave to air dry.
If you have a dried-on glue stain on your Rosepoint lace, you can use one of following methods to remove it. Start by scraping as much of glue off as possible using the back of a knife. Then, try one of the following methods:
