3 Simple Steps to Remove Glue Stains from Mesh
We’ve all been there: you’re finishing up a project involving mesh and the next thing you know, you’ve got a glue stain in an otherwise perfect surface. Don’t worry, with the right approach and materials, it’s easy to remove glue stains from any type of mesh.

Materials Needed
- Mild Detergent
- Soft Cloth
- Clean Water
- Stiff Brush
Method
- Mix a small amount of mild detergent with clean water, then dampen the soft cloth in the mixture.
- Gently rub the cloth over the glue stain on the mesh. This should help to loosen the glue.
- Once the glue is loose, use a stiff brush to remove any remaining glue residue. Be sure to check for additional stains and repeat the process until the mesh is free of glue stains.
Additional Tips
- Be careful not to scrub too hard as this could cause damage to the mesh.
- Always test a small area first before proceeding with cleaning the entire mesh surface.
- If the stain is particularly stubborn, leave the cloth with detergent mixture on the stain for 10 minutes before scrubbing.
