Gather the following supplies for removing glue stain:
Tear off a strip of duct tape and cover the glue stain with it.
Dampen a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and dab it onto the stained area. Make sure you don’t saturate the fabric. Leave the alcohol on the stain for 5-10 minutes.
Gently peel off the duct tape and discard it.
Finally, use a soft cloth to wipe away the residue left by glue. Be sure to work gently.
By following the steps described above, you can easily remove glue stains from your Keds in no time. Always remember to test a small area of the fabric before using any kind of cleaner—this will ensure that the cleaner won’t damage your shoes.
