The first step in getting rid of glue stains is to use an old toothbrush or cotton swab and gently scrub the stained area with dish soap and warm water. This will loosen up the glue and help make it easier to remove. You may need to repeat this several times until the glue starts to come off.
If the glue still won't come off, you can use a paste made of baking soda and warm water. Apply paste directly to the stain and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scrubbing away the glue with a damp cloth. Once all glue is gone, rinse out the paste with cold water.
Another option is to use rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth to dab and blot glue stain. Start from outside of the stain and work your way in so that glue doesn't spread further. Once glue has been removed, make sure to rinse the fabric with cold water to completely remove any residues.
Finally, if the glue has already dried on the jersey, try scraping away as much of it as possible with a dull knife or spoon. After that, you can soak the jersey in a detergent solution overnight, and then launder it as normal. This should help get rid of any remaining glue.
With these tips, you'll be able to take care of pesky glue stains on your jersey quickly and easily.
