STEP 1: Scrape off the Excess Glue with a Credit Card or Plastic Knife

The first thing to do when removing glue from your Coach bag is to scrape away excess with a credit card or plastic knife. This will help to ensure that you don't accidentally damage the fabric while trying to remove glue.

STEP 2: Apply Rubbing Alcohol to Get Rid of Sticky Residue

Next, dampen a cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently dab at the affected area. The rubbing alcohol should help to soften and break down glue, making it easier to remove. Make sure to use a mild alcohol-based cleaner, as harsher chemicals may damage the material of the bag.

STEP 3: Rub the Area Gently with a Soft Cloth or Sponge

Once the glue has been broken down, use a soft cloth or sponge to gently rub the area. The rubbing motion will help to further loosen the glue. Repeat this step until all of the glue residue has been removed.

STEP 4: Wipe the Area with a Damp Cloth

Finally, use a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue. Then, use a dry cloth to wipe area and make sure it is completely clean. Your Coach bag should look as good as new!
