Step by Step Guide

Before attempting any method, check care label of your blouse. If it is labelled as ‘dry clean only’, then take it to a professional dry cleaner.
Blot the glue with a clean, damp cloth. Try not to rub the stain, as this can spread the glue further.
Create a mixture of 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and 2 cups of warm water. Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and dab the glue stain.
Alternatively, you can apply a pre-made stain remover to glue stain. Follow the instructions given on the remover bottle and then dab the stained area with a soft cloth.
If the stain persists, mix 1 tablespoon of ammonia-based cleaner with 2 cups of water. Dip a soft cloth into the mixture and dab it onto the stain. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes and then rinse off with clean water.
